Very nice Desert Getaway

helpful staff exciting ride shaded cabanas

The breakfast staff are helpful. Hasim and the stable team arranged a pony ride for my child. It was so exciting and enjoyable for my son!!! The pool area is fine with plenty of shaded cabanas. The resort has a wonderful Bedouin style retreat vibe.

desert view peaceful hotel poor training front desk

he ensured everything was perfect. the desert views are amazing, and the hotel is peaceful. i felt completely at home thanks to him.

the staff requires some training. i did not feel special. front desk and room service staff need to improve. i was disappointed that this hotel is labeled as luxury.

The next day, we discovered all activities were fully booked. This made it disappointing, considering the cost of staying at a resort. i could have booked a regular hotel room (for much less).
